Our ROOMS
Each of our 205 rooms is comfortable, elegantly designed, air-conditioned with extras such as flat screen TV with news, entertainment and movies, luxurious linen and duck down duvets, even Pears soap and Aveda shampoo. The bathrooms have power showers, fluffy towels and mirrors that don’t steam up! Plus, every room is non-smoking!!!
All our rates include a free Lite Pret Breakfast, delivered to your room each morning consisting of a Pret orange juice, a banana and a granola Pret yoghurt pot - not to mention the litre of water and a half pint of fresh milk left in the fridge.
We try to be realistic about extras. You won’t find the £4 Mars bar in the mini bar or turndown service but you will get free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and a decent hairdryer. In the same mindset, national and local phone calls are 3p per minute and only 5p per minute to the USA.
LOCAL GYM
The Local Gym and Health & Fitness Centre
If you are feeling energetic, for only £7 per day, Market Sports is just a 400 metre sprint from the hotel. With an amazing Gym, Indoor Pool, Sauna and Steam Rooms, it certainly beats the hotel ‘Grim Gym’ with a couple of out of date running machines and noisy air conditioning.
All you need to do is show your key card, pay £7 on entry, collect your towel, locker key and enjoy full use of all of their facilities. All our guests are welcome. You’ll find a map to the gym in your room or visit their website.
